Admission into all classes for the 2021/2022 session is on!Before a child is admitted into our school, he or she must meet the following age requirement.

To complete your child’s application process, the following documents are required.
- 2 recent passport photographs (not more than 6 months old)
- Candidate’s birth certificate or international passport data page
- Most recent academic reports from the last 2 years
- Applicant’s character testimonial from the current school
- Immunization record and medical report (after the admission is offered)
Successful candidates will be informed via SMS, email or phone call.
A provisional letter of admission will then be issued for collection.
The student meets with a senior teacher and is allocated to the appropriate class.
Acceptance letter signed and returned with all required payment.
Payments are made through the designated banks.
The accounts department receives the bank slip/draft and issues a receipt.
The receipt is very important so please keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions
All Lower Junior classes are taught predominantly by their form teachers and teaching assistants within their own classrooms. The exceptions are Games, French, ICT, library and music, all of which are taught by specialist staff.
Aside from the core curriculum, what additional educational programs do you provide?
Currently The Soteria schools offers French, Computer Information Technology, Physical Education, General Music and extra curricular clubs.
What is the student/teacher ratio?
The student to teacher ratio is 7:1. We believe every child needs the attention of the teacher.
What are primary entry points?
We currently admit students into all classes at the beginning of each academic session
Is bus transportation available?
Yes, transportation is available to most students who attend The Soteria schools. Check with our school office to see if transportation is available in your area.
Do you offer a discount for multiple?
We offer discounts to families with multiple children enrolled, contact us to know if you qualify for such discounts.
Do you offer extended stay program?
The Soteria schools has an after school child care program Monday through Friday on days when school is in session. The after-school childcare program runs until 5:45 pm
Does The Soteria schools offer Pre-school program?
Yes! We currently offer Preschool program. There are many flexible options available to meet your family’s needs.
What are the start and end times of a school day?
The first bell is at 7:40 am, with some students arriving as early as 7:30 am, and the last bell is at 2:00 pm
Do you offer Financial Assistance?
We currently do not offer any financial assistance.
